Public Offer — Terms & Conditions

This Public Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes an official and legally binding public offer by the Seller to enter into a contract for the purchase and sale of goods available on www.susyspace.com.

In accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Agreement is public, and its terms apply equally to all customers regardless of their status (individuals, legal entities, or sole proprietors), without preference or discrimination.

By placing an order on the website, the customer (“Buyer”) fully and unconditionally accepts all terms of this Agreement, including procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, returns, liability for improper orders, and all other conditions set out herein.

The Agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the Buyer clicks the “Confirm Order” button on the checkout page in the Cart section and receives electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller.

1. Definitions

1.1. Public Offer (“Offer”)
A public proposal made by the Seller to an indefinite number of persons to enter into a remote purchase and sale agreement under the terms set forth herein.

1.2. Goods or Services
Items selected by the Buyer on the website, added to the shopping cart, or purchased remotely from the Seller.

1.3. Online Store
The Seller’s website located at www.susyspace.com, through which retail and wholesale purchase and sale agreements are concluded based on the Buyer’s review of product descriptions provided online.

1.4. Buyer
A legally capable individual aged 18 or older purchasing goods for personal, non-commercial purposes, or a legal entity or sole proprietor.

1.5. Seller
Sole Proprietor (Individual Entrepreneur) Yuliia Koberidze, Tax ID 3375611248, duly registered and operating under the laws of Ukraine, with registered address: Sholudenka St., 30, Kyiv, Ukraine.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods in accordance with this Agreement.

2.2. Acceptance of this Offer occurs when the Buyer completes the order form on the website and receives electronic confirmation from the Seller. At the Buyer’s request, the Agreement may additionally be executed in written form.

3. Order Placement

3.1. Orders may be placed independently via the website checkout, or by contacting the Seller via email or telephone as listed on the website.

3.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the information provided by the Buyer is incomplete, inaccurate, or raises reasonable concerns regarding its validity.

3.3. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the following mandatory information:

  • full name;

  • delivery address (if applicable);

  • contact phone number;

  • identification code (for legal entities or sole proprietors).

3.4. Product name, quantity, SKU, and price are displayed in the Buyer’s shopping cart.

3.5. If additional information is required to process an order, either party may request it. The Seller is not responsible for improper fulfillment of an order resulting from the Buyer’s failure to provide required information.

3.6. When placing an order through the Seller’s representative, the Buyer must provide the same information as required for online orders.

3.7. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of this Offer. Buyer data is stored in the Seller’s database solely for order processing purposes.

3.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

3.9. By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that:

  • they have read and fully agree to its terms;

  • they consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” for the purposes of order fulfillment, accounting, documentation, and settlement;

  • their personal data may be shared with third parties (e.g., logistics or payment providers) strictly as necessary to fulfill the order.

4. Prices and Delivery

4.1. Prices are determined by the Seller and displayed on the website in Ukrainian hryvnias, inclusive of VAT.

4.2. Prices may be changed unilaterally due to market conditions; however, prices for fully paid orders cannot be changed retroactively.

4.3. Product prices do not include delivery costs. Delivery fees are paid by the Buyer directly to the selected carrier according to applicable tariffs.

4.4. Estimated delivery costs may be provided upon request or during order placement.

4.5. Payment obligations are deemed fulfilled once funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account.

4.6. Available payment and delivery methods are listed on the website in the Payment & Delivery section.

4.7. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must inspect them in the presence of the carrier’s representative.

4.8. By signing the delivery receipt or related document, the Buyer confirms that the Goods are received without claims regarding quantity, appearance, or completeness.

4.9. Ownership and risk of loss or damage transfer to the Buyer upon receipt of the Goods or upon transfer to the carrier selected by the Buyer.

5. Rights and Obligations

Seller Obligations

  • deliver the Goods in accordance with this Agreement and the Buyer’s order;

  • ensure confidentiality of Buyer information, except as required by law or for order fulfillment.

Seller Rights

  • modify this Agreement and product prices unilaterally by publishing updates on the website.

Buyer Obligations

  • review this Agreement prior to placing an order;

  • provide accurate and sufficient information for order fulfillment.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. The Buyer may return non-food goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days, excluding the date of purchase, provided the Goods have not been used and retain their original condition, packaging, labels, and proof of payment.

6.2. Refunds are issued within 30 calendar days from the date the Seller receives the returned Goods.

6.3. Refunds are made via bank transfer to the Buyer’s account.

6.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer and are non-refundable.

6.5. In case of defects discovered within the warranty period, the Buyer may submit claims in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

6.6. The Seller is not liable for defects caused by improper use, storage, third-party actions, or force majeure.

6.7. Goods made to individual specifications (including custom sizes, configurations, or finishes) are non-returnable.

7. Liability

The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from improper use, installation, or storage of the Goods. Liability is governed by applicable Ukrainian law.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with Ukrainian law. The Seller takes reasonable measures to protect Buyer information and does not disclose it except as required for order fulfillment or by law.

9. Governing Law and Amendments

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if unresolved, by the competent courts of Ukraine.
The Seller may amend this Agreement unilaterally by publishing updates on the website.
